GaN Technology

GaN stands for Gallium Nitride compound, which is an alternative to silicon semiconductors. The whole charm of GaN technology is that semiconductors made from this material, compared to silicon, can handle much higher frequencies and have incomparably higher efficiency, which eliminates overheating and can therefore significantly reduce the size of the products.
